We start with a structured workshop on site. Together with your managers, we identify the three most important bottlenecks in order processing or reporting. This is followed by a data-based assessment with clear recommendations for action – without unnecessary slides.

We complete a focused process analysis within four to six weeks. Strategy projects with implementation support typically run over three to six months. We define the exact timeframe after the initial meeting and align it with your internal capacities.
