Three clearly defined working methods for different starting situations. They differ in scope, depth and collaboration – not in the claim to quality.
A compact introduction for leadership teams that want to sharpen their positioning. Together we develop a clear picture of the current situation in two days, prioritize fields of action and define initial measures. Suitable for companies looking for an external perspective on their strategy.
Project-based collaboration over several months. We analyze your core processes, build KPI systems and accompany implementation until the first measurable improvement. Ideal for organizations that want to concretely improve their decision-making foundations.
For phases of realignment or when internal capacities are lacking. As interim managers, we take on operational responsibility, stabilize processes and prepare your team for independent continuation. The collaboration is clearly scheduled and results-oriented.
A structured plan for digital transformation. We assess the maturity of your systems, identify useful tools and prioritize projects according to effort and impact. The result is an actionable roadmap that your team can work through independently.
Our consulting services are designed to structure decision-making processes, streamline operational workflows, and build growth on reliable data. Each module can be used individually or combined into a comprehensive concept.
The service covers strategy consulting, process analysis, and the introduction of data-based management tools. Operational implementation work in day-to-day business is not part of the mandate unless expressly agreed in writing.
Each analysis is recorded in a structured report that transparently presents the initial situation, the data sources used, and the recommended actions derived. Interim statuses are presented at agreed intervals.
The basis is the internal key figures, process documentation, and interviews with relevant departments provided by the client. External market data is only added if expressly provided for in the project order.
All documents and conversation content provided are subject to confidentiality obligations. Disclosure to third parties occurs exclusively with the client's written consent, unless a legal obligation to provide information exists.
The active involvement of the executive level is required for project success. Decisions on goal priorities and resource allocations rest with the client; the consultancy provides methodological support and critical reflection.
Recommendations from the analysis can be supported in a separate implementation project. Engagement is based on a separate offer and requires a new goal agreement. There is no automatic renewal.
These notes serve to clarify and supplement the individually agreed contract terms. In case of discrepancies, the written individual agreement always prevails.
The process analysis showed us where order processing really loses time. After switching to clear responsibilities, throughput time dropped by almost a third – without additional staff.
The new dashboard replaces five individual reports that no one read anymore. We now manage inventory based on real-time data and have noticeably simplified liquidity planning.
Strategy development used to be a paper product. Now we have concrete milestones that are regularly reviewed. The digitalization initiative has thus moved from concept to operational reality.
What particularly convinced us was the structured approach: first the data foundation, then the measures. The recommendations were practical and could be implemented directly in our day-to-day operations.
The feedback comes from projects over the past two years. Names and industries have been anonymized at the clients' request.
